Who can send me their shipments? - Are these individuals, merchants, or both?

Yes, we do accept all kind of shipments from any shipping company or an individual to special USA address.

So, you mean I am going to get a U.S. address? Or just a P.O. address box?

You are right. You are going to be assigned a valid U.S. address so all U.S. shipping companies will be able to deliver your orders right to special USA address. Members will be provided with a complete street address, not a P.O Box, it will be a unique suite number.

What are the delivery services used to send me my documents and goods? How long is it for me to get my shipment?

Primarily we use DHL for our express shipments. Typically, the transit time for customer shipments does not exceed 4 days. Magazine companies however require 2-8 weeks to begin sending your subscription to you.

Supposing I order a number of items and would like them all shipped together, could you re-package these into one box for me?

PLUS and PREMIUM members generally get a certain privilege – namely, we consolidate their items into one box to reduce the costs (unless we are instructed otherwise). Our shipping rates get reduced as per the box weight increase. Thus, it is almost always a benefit to you to have one large box sent instead of several small boxes.

What is your privacy policy?

Our customers' confidentiality is of utmost importance to us and it is our internal policy not to disclose any kind of information about our customers.

How much do I have to pay to get a membership?

Please contact our office. All memberships provide for availability of your own account with us, which you can monitor online. Also, all members are guaranteed to receive e-mail notifications of all the shipments.

How do I order from U.S. companies that do not accept international orders, once I sign up?

Once you have received your USA address, please contact your credit card company and add this address as your secondary ship-to or secondary billing address. From that moment on, when you make purchases from U.S. retailers, your shipping address will match your records on file with the credit card company. We are quite sure that all credit card companies will allow you to add the secondary address. If you still encounter any kind of difficulties here, please speak to a manager of the credit card company. If the problem with adding the address persists, contact us for consultation. Another option we can offer you is that you can also use our Personal Shopper service to purchase from U.S. retailers. With the service, we use our company credit card, company check, or PayPal account to pay for your goods. Then we charge your credit card for the purchase. Get more information on our Personal Shopper service with us. This service is available after the first 30 days of membership.

What is the phone number for me to place my order?

Online stores sometimes require a telephone number they can reach you about your order. Most accept your country phone number.

Our shipping rates do include some kind of customs fees, tariffs, or taxes, right?

The published shipping rates are for door-to-door delivery. There may be additional import fees or duty for goods shipment into your country. Fees vary by country and are not covered by our company. Please contact your local customs office for more information on duties or import fees.

How can you ensure that all package notifications are delivered?

First of all, please add us to your Safe Sender list. Spam filters sometimes prevent you from getting the mail you really need. We send email alerts to its customers when they receive a package at their address as well as alerts when their shipments leave our warehouse. Our customers receive other important email notifications, as well. To ensure that you receive all our messages into your mailbox, we ask you to add our domain to your Safe Senders list.

Buying goods on eBay is what I really like. However, many sellers won't accept credit cards. Can you send them a check or money order for me?

Sure, this can be done by us for you. Pay by company check is possible. Using our PayPal account that is accepted by many eBay sellers is also an option.

What is my online account is all about? How does it work?

You can log on to your account using any kind of a web browser at any time. Your online account provides you with thorough info about your ordered goods and shipments. Besides, you are going to receive an e-mail notification whenever you receive a package or whenever a shipment is made to you.

Can a corporation get a account with you?

Sure. For Premium +Mail accounts, an officer of the company must sign the USPS Form 1583. Also, a photo cope of the ID for the person should be attached.

Can I receive goods or mail with the name that differs from mine?

Yes, you can sign up for additional names on your account. This is just great for your friends, family or co-workers to save on shipping costs.

Will your company forward my packages to me when I am away or traveling?

It is possible. We can send your items anywhere around the globe to you. Please be sure to contact us via email, so we can introduce changes to your shipping information. Whenever you would like your packages to switch to your original address, please inform us of the change. Shipping charges will be based on the destination country.

I have just signed up have been assigned my U.S. mailing address by e-mail. Can I start using this address right away?

Sure. Once you have received your address, it is ready for use. We immediately start accepting your deliveries and, for Premium accounts, your mail, as well. Note that with Premium accounts we cannot forward mail until we receive the USPS Form 1583 and at least one form of photo identification. This is a U.S. federal law requirement.

How do I complete the Form 1583 for a corporation?

USPS Form 1583 is supposed to be signed by an officer of the company and a photocopied picture ID for that person must be attached to the form.

Where can I find information about the goods not allowed for sending into my country?

The list below represents the items that are either restricted, cannot be shipped or, depending on your destination country, may either require an import license, additional documentation and/or cause problems and delays during the customs review of your shipment:
1. Combustible/flammable items (paints, oils, lighters, perfume, nail polish)
2. Any type of pressurized can (hair spray, shaving cream, spray cans of any type)
3. Hazardous materials (matches, chemicals, explosives)
4. Firearms, weaponry and their parts: military, police and tactical equipment of any kind, including guns, gun replicas, gun accessories, gun components (magazines, clips and rail systems), ammunition, knives, swords, compound bows, crossbows, discharge weapons such as shock batons or stun guns, tooling for guns or gun parts, optical scopes, laser sights, night sights, night visions goggles, handcuffs and other restraints, surveillance equipment.
5. Agricultural products such as tobacco, plants and seeds.
6. Coffee
7. Perishable foods
8. Animals and products made with animal skin (furs)
9. Alcohol (We can ship table wine in limited quantities to most countries except Muslim countries such as Saudi Arabia)

Can my packages be picked personally by me at your office?

Sure. We are always glad when our customers visit us and pick up their items. We charge a $15 pick up fee for the first pound, plus $1 for each pound thereafter.

What does extended coverage area mean?

An extended coverage area is a location having a limited access route. For example, you live in the mainland and your package has to go to some outer island. That is extended coverage basically. DHL charges a $24.00 fee. That fee cover the expenses of the company continuing shipment to your door. If we determine that you do not live in an extended coverage area and you did pay for it, we are sure to credit the money back to your membership account. This will only pertain to you if you choose to ship to another address that is not your home address when you signed up.

What is dimensional weight all about?

Actual Weight is the weight of a package using a standard scale rounded to the next full pound (Example: a 12 1/2 pound carton will have an (actual weight) of 13 pounds).
Dimensional Weight is a calculation used to reflect packages density. DHL uses the International Air Transport Association (IATA) volumetric standards (subject to change without notice). This standard is used for all international shipments, even those in DHL brand packaging. When measuring your packages, remember to round any fraction of an inch to the nearest whole inch.
* For International Air Express Shipments - Multiply the cartons dimensions (length x width x height) and divide the cubic inches by the dimensional weight factor of 166 if measured in inches. If measured in centimeters divide by 6,000 for a dimensional weight in kilos. Divide kilos by 2.20462 to convert to pounds.
Example: a carton with the dimensions of 30(L) x 20(W) x 20(H) = 12,000 cubic inches, divided by 139 = 72.2 pounds for a dimensional weight of 87 pounds (always round to the next full pound).

Chargeable Weight is the weight (actual or dimensional - whichever is greater) used in calculating shipping charges. (Example: the actual weight of a package is 15 pounds and the dimensional weight is 25 pounds the chargeable weight will be 25 pounds.) Note: Failure to record the weight of a shipment on the waybill may result in a default weight being applied.
Volume is a kind of calculation used to determine the three-dimensional space the carton occupies: length x width x height measured in cubic inches or cubic centimeters.

* Length - is the largest dimension of the carton or object being shipped. For example, if the package is very tall (height is greater than the base) use the height as the length.
Girth - is the sum of 2 times the width plus 2 times the height or the measurement around the largest area of the cylinder
